Each suite at Castle Kama'Ole Sands is a one- to three-bedroom condominium with a private lanai, a full kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Every condo has individually selected décor, so no two units are identical. The condominiums include a seating area with cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD player.

The 15-acre property includes a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs (one for adults only), and a separate children's wading pool.
